Before You Start

To complete the Gender Balance Health Check, you will need the following:

— Numbers of employees in technology disciplines (eg software engineering, data/analytics etc)
— Gender splits across these disciplines
— Basic level information on policies and programs for your women in tech (parental leave, pay, flexibility, mentoring)
